We expect that on average the course takes roughly 8 to 10 hours to complete. In addition to reading, the exercises require some time. To break down the learning into manageable increments, we have designed each chapter section to take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
Please note that to pass the course, you need to complete 100% of the exercises and get 60% of the exercises right. Correctness is calculated as the average correctness over all the completed exercises (so each exercise has the same weight).
Also, note that your final score will not be shown on the course certificates.
At the moment, there is no possibility to apply for ECTS credits for the course.
No programming or advanced math is needed in completing the course. There are some exercises that require a bit of basic math, but nothing to be afraid of! These courses are designed to be easily accessible and understandable for people with different backgrounds.
