  • I have a technical problem, what should I do?

  • How can I delete my account?
    To delete your account, log in and choose Delete my account on the My profile page.Few readers
  • Where can I find the course certificate?
    You can find your certificates on the My Learning page. Once you have completed a course, you will also receive an email with a link to the certificate.Few readers

  • I switched the language and can't see my answers anymore, what should I do?
    The answers are saved separately for each language version of the course. If you switch the language in the middle of the course, you won't see your previously submitted answers on the new language version. You can always switch back to the original language to find the answers you previously submitted.Few readers
  • How do I sign up or log in?
    You have two options for signing up and logging in: With email address: Enter you email address and choose Log in. You'll receive an email with a login link valid for 30 minutes. There's no password involved. With a Google account: Click the Google logo, enter your Google credentials, and authorize MinnaLearn.   • Do I need to create an account to study a course?
    You can freely browse through the course content at your own pace without signing up. However, if you want to do the exercises and complete the course, you need to sign up so we can save your course progress.Few readers
  • Which devices are supported?
    The courses can be studied with a computer, a tablet, or a mobile. You can change the device while taking the course, it won’t affect your course progress.Few readers
  • How can I make the most out of a course?
    Be prepared to dig deep. Completing the course will require some work. Expect to study and review all sections carefully to truly understand the content. Complete the exercises to the best of your ability. Become a pupil again. Devoting a course some slots in your calendar each week will help you stay on track with the exercises. Having a dedicated place for studying – work desk, dining table, whatever works for you – helps get into study mode.Few readers
  • How can I change my saved essay answers?
    Essay answers can be edited on the My essay answers page which you can access from the top menu under your name. The questions and their answers can also be opened in PDF format and printed.Few readers
  • Can I change my answers after submitting them?
    You can only make changes to essay answers. Other answers can be submitted only once.Few readers
  • If I don't pass a course, can I try again?
    If you have completed a course but haven't met the requirements for passing it, you'll see the Start the course again option on the course overview page.Few readers
