MinnaLearn platform - product updates
Product updates September 2026
SCORM package download
Organisations with SCORM package access can now download course files directly from the MinnaLearn platform.
To download SCORM packages:
- Log in to MinnaLearn and click your name in the top right corner.
- Click My organisation.
- Open the SCORM tab.
- Select and download your required course packages. Files are available in both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 formats across all languages included in your subscription.
Customising AI policies
Before downloading, you can edit your organisation's AI policies under the Customisations tab. Once saved, downloaded SCORM packages will automatically include your custom policies in Chapter 4.
Previewing SCORM files
SCORM packages cannot be previewed correctly by opening them locally on your computer. Upload the package directly to your LMS to test and preview the course content.
Product updates August 2026
Microsoft SSO login
Users can now sign in to MinnaLearn using Microsoft Single Sign-On.
To log in:
- Click the Microsoft icon on the login page.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account, or approve the MinnaLearn login if you are already signed in.
- You will be redirected back and logged in automatically.
Some company-wide IT restrictions may affect access. If you are unable to log in with Microsoft, first contact your company’s IT team and ask them to confirm what needs to be granted for external SSO access. Once they have identified the requirement, contact Venla/MinnaLearn and we will resolve it.
Multilink domain restrictions
Multi-Use Invitation Link Enhancements
You can now restrict multi-use invitation links to one or more email domains. For example, adding minnalearn.com means only users with a minnalearn.com email address can accept the invitation.
To add domain restrictions:
- Go to your organisation’s page.
- Open the Invitations tab.
- Create a new multi-use invitation link, or edit an existing one.
- Add the allowed email domain or domains.
This helps ensure that shared invitation links can only be used by users from the intended organisation or group.
